Frequently asked questions

Practical answers for planning fresh paella at your event.

Which areas do you cover?

We normally cover a 60-mile radius from our base, with events farther away considered individually. Send your venue postcode so we can check travel and availability.

How many guests can you cater for?

Events are usually for around 50 to 300 or more guests, subject to menu, venue access and the final plan.

How many paellas can we choose?

Up to three pans can be prepared at one event. Portions do not have to divide perfectly because a smaller vegan pan may supplement a larger main dish.

Are the recipes suitable for allergies?

The paella recipes are gluten-free and dairy-free, and the vegan paella is vegan. Please read the dedicated allergen and ingredient page before choosing. Recipes and suppliers can change, and an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.

Can we add bread or salad?

Yes. Bread and Andalusian salad are available separately or together as optional accompaniments.

When do you arrive?

You choose the serving time. The team normally arrives approximately 2.5 to 3 hours earlier, subject to access and event requirements.

What access do you need?

Suitable parking and a route close to the cooking area are helpful. Tell us about carrying distance, steps, steep slopes, restrictions or chargeable parking.

Do you cater in London or beyond 60 miles?

You can still enquire. Congestion charges, ULEZ, tolls, parking and travel are checked before the final quotation.

Is my date confirmed when I enquire?

Your requested date and final quotation are subject to confirmation.
