Enquiries and quotations

Submitting the calculator does not create a booking. Availability, event requirements and the final quotation must be confirmed directly by Big Pans People.

Menu and guest numbers

Final dishes, pan portions, accompaniments and expected guest numbers must be agreed before the event. Material changes may affect the quotation.

Venue and access

Customers must provide accurate information about parking, proximity to the cooking area, carrying distance, steps, slopes, restrictions and venue rules.

Travel and additional costs

The postcode checker provides a road-mileage guide. London congestion charges, ULEZ, tolls and parking are checked before a quotation is confirmed.

Please read the allergen and ingredient information before choosing your menu. Recipes and suppliers can change, and no absolute guarantee of freedom from allergens or cross-contamination is made.
